Abstract:The most common sites for metastases of colorectal cancer include the liver, lungs, brain, and regional lymph nodes. However, a limited number of reported cases describe colon cancer metastasis to the thyroid gland. Metastatic colorectal adenocarcinoma to the thyroid gland is rare.
