Recurrent Nocardia Sepsis in a Patient With Sickle Cell Anemia Receiving Continuous Deferoxamine

We report a case of recurrent Nocardia sepsis in a patient with sickle cell disease and chronic iron overload, who was undergoing high-dose infusions of deferoxamine through a central venous catheter.
