Eggs represent as one of the most ingredient used in variety of products resulting in several daily tons of eggshell which is ranked as the 15th major food industry pollution problem by the EPA, and most of these quantities are accumulated on site or disposed annually as waste in landfills without any pretreatment and become as an organic environmental pollution source [24].
