Redescription of Tapinesthis inermis (Araneae, Oonopidae), with detailed information on its ultrastructure

Abstract: Abstract. Tapinesthis inermis Simon, 1882, the only species in the genus, is widely distributed in western Europe. This redescription provides the first information on the ultrastructure of the species using SEM. The morphology of the spinnerets, tarsal claws and tarsal organs, and the internal structure of the female genitalia and the male palp are described and illustrated in detail.
