Abstract: The present study was performed to determine the ANG II‐dependence of distal nephron sodium reabsorption in Cyp1a1‐Ren2 transgenic rats [strain name: TGR(Cyp1a1‐Ren2)] with inducible ANG II‐dependent malignant hypertension.
