Reducing Health Care Costs and Improving Clinical Outcomes Using an Improved Asheville Project Model

Abstract: Relevance and Contribution to Literature: This study was designed to add to the body of knowledge gained through the original Asheville Project studies, and to address some of the limitations of the earlier studies.
