Abstract: The emergence of multidrug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in healthcare settings poses a tremendous challenge to traditional antibiotic therapy. P. aeruginosa utilizes quorum sensing (QS) to coordinate the production of virulence factors and the formation of drug-resistant biofilms.
