Reduction of Insulin Related Preventable Severe Hypoglycemic Events in Hospitalized Children

Abstract: OBJECTIVE Insulin is a commonly used, high-risk medication in the inpatient setting. Incorrect insulin administration can lead to preventable hypoglycemic events, which are a significant morbidity in inpatient diabetes care.
