Abstract:Powerful chemotherapeutics have been used to combat tumor cells, but serious adverse effects and poor therapeutic efficiency restrict their clinical performance. Herein, we developed reduction-responsive supramolecular hybridized paclitaxel nanoparticles (PTX@HOMNs) for improved tumor treatment.
