Refinement and Psychometric Properties of the Self-Efficacy for Sleep Hygiene Inventory

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine key concepts of self-efficacy for sleep hygiene among young adults/college students and sleep experts, and to refine the Self-Efficacy for Sleep Hygiene Inventory.
