Reflection of quasi plasma wave in photo-piezo semiconductor medium with distinct higher order fractional derivative two temperature models

Abstract: This article investigates the reflection of photo-piezo-thermoelastic plane wavesfrom a homogeneous, orthotropic, and piezo semiconductor medium during photothermalprocess. A novel higher-order fractional derivative hyperbolic two-temperature dual-phaselag model is employed to tackle this study.
