Reflections on the Repeal of Roe v. Wade

Abstract: This article examines briefly the implications of the recent repeal of Roe v. Wade by the U.S. Supreme Court. While these implications are dire for women’s rights all over the country, even in those states where abortion is still legal, the repeal may also herald the cancelation of other recently granted rights, such as same sex marriage.
