Joshua Moss,
Nadav Kastle,
Lee Wolfrum
et al.

Abstract: unresponsive to commands, and attempted to remove his intravenous line, requiring restraints. Intravenous propofol treated his delirium with an initial 40 mL dose followed by 40 mL and 30 mL boluses, lasting 26 minutes. For the second treatment, reducing the electrical stimulus intensity from 176 to 151 millicoulombs resulted in minor excitement and disorientation, resolving within 5 minutes without further propofol. Subsequent sessions showed no motor agitation or significant disorientation.
