Abstract:In case of early invasive approach to the treatment of acute coronary syndrome in patients without indications forlong-term anticoagulants, double antithrombocytic therapy is recommended - a combination of acetylsalicylic acid with one of the blockers of P2Y12 platelet receptor (clopidogrel, prasugrel or ticagrelor).
