Abstract:Alkyne hydroamination is an effective approach for the production of enamines and enaminecontaining N-heterocycles. However, stereoselectivity control is a considerable challenge in this reaction because of the electronic repulsion between an incoming nitrogen lone pair and the alkyne π-system.
