Interestingly, the distribution of the proportion of several disorders, such as recurrent abortion, preeclampsia [ 20 , 21 ], chromosomal aneuploidy [ 22 ] and NTDs [ 23 ], is similar to the MTHFR C677T gene distribution in China.
