Regioselective Transition‐Metal‐Free Arene C−H Borylations: From Directing Groups to Borylation Template Reagents

Abstract

The latest developments in the field of electrophilic CÀ H borylation reactions of arenes and heteroarenes without transition metals are briefly overviewed, with a particular emphasis on the latest advances enabling the highly regioselective CÀ H borylations of indoles and indolines using borylation template reagents.
