Regulating healthcare professions in Libya: A viewpoint

Abstract: Regulating the licensing and practice of healthcare professions is an essential first step for reforming the Libyan healthcare system. In this article, we identify the overarching principles that should guide any efforts targeted at reforming the regulation of healthcare professions in Libya, and to summarize the perspective of the Libyan Healthcare Society-USA (LHS-USA) on these issues.
