Abstract:Interfacial thermal conductance (ITC) is an important factor in accurately measuring energy transfer and heat dissipation; however, it is still not fully resolved how to more effectively modulate the ITC and unravel the related inner mechanisms.
The adhesion properties of liquid-solid interfaces are of fundamental importance in performance and design of nanodevices. Modulating interfacial thermal transport has the potential to enhance interfacial heat dissipation in nanodevices....
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
