Abstract:This research aimed to determine regulatory role of sulfated polysaccharides fucoidan from Fucus vesiculosus against oxidative and transcriptional responses in liver of sulfoxaflor exposed mice liver. Fort this purpose both sulfoxaflor and fucoidan were given orally to mice for 24 hours and 7 days at doses of 15 mg/kg/day (equivalent to 1/50 oral LD50) and 50 mg/kg/day. At the end of the tests, liver samples were collected and used to assess 8-OHdG levels, the mRNA expression levels of DNA damage response g… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
