Rehab MATRIX: Content Validity of a Nursing-Led Patient Assignment Algorithm

Abstract: Purpose: The provision of conscientious nursing care is at the forefront of health quality. Unfortunately, a lack of standardization in the assignment of patients to nurses can lead to care inequities.
