Abstract:Joubert syndrome and related disorders (JSRD) are rare and intractable diseases characterized by delayed psychomotor development, hypotonia and/or ataxia, and abnormal respiratory and eye movements. Cerebellar vermis agenesis and molar tooth signs are distinct on cerebral magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
