Reinforcement Learning in Possibly Nonstationary Environments

Abstract: We consider reinforcement learning (RL) methods in offline nonstationary environments. Many existing RL algorithms in the literature rely on the stationarity assumption that requires the system transition and the reward function to be constant over time.
