Reinforcement of brick structures with carbon fiber

Abstract: Based on the analysis of approaches to reinforcing the brick masonry structures, the advantages of carbon fiber as a reinforcing component are presented. Methods for calculating brick structures reinforced with carbon fiber under central and eccentric compression are proposed.
