Reinventing Sustainable Neighborhood Planning: A Case Study of Le Rheu, France

Abstract: This study focuses on sustainable development in urban planning and develops a 21st century sustainable neighborhood. For empirical neighborhood design, urban design was conducted on a specific 5.2 ha site in Le Rheu Commune, France.
