Abstract:Program SGK bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru tentang keragaman dan mendorong peran aktif guru menerapkan prinsip keragaman dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana program Sekolah Guru Kebinekaan (SGK) merekonstruksi pemahaman guru tentang keragaman.
