I believe that in my discussion that I made it clear that such theorists as Bachant, Lynch, and Richards (1995) among others have attempted to incorporate some of the findings of the two-person model although they have not always given credit to the formers' contributions. I am in agreement with Spezzano's appreciation of Greenberg's (1991) attempt to supply object relations theory with drives that help account for motivation and unconscious conflict and that feature drives to feel a sense of safety.…”
