Karena keterbatasan dukungan dari atasan dan tuntutan pekerjaan yang tidak memandang keadaan stabilitas emosional pekerja yang akhirnya bisa membuat Job Burnout meningkat menjadi Psychological Distress.Diperoleh nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 dengan (β) estimate 0,755 terbukti signifikan.…”
