Relationship Between Musharakah, Credit Risk, and Profitability in Pakistan's Islamic Banks

Abstract: The most significant and theoretical link between credit risk and Islamic banks' profitability ratio (ROE) has been determined due to the special nature of Musharakah (cost-in-low) financing.
