Abstract: Background:We assessed the relationship between circadian blood pressure (BP) patterns and clinical outcomes in a contemporary cohort of adult heart transplant recipients.Methods: This retrospective, cross-sectional study included adult heart transplant recipients at least 6 months post-transplant.
