Abstract:Objectives:
There are many multifactorial causes for Congenital Heart Defects (CHDs) in which both genetic and non-genetic factors play role. MTHFD1 and CBS are two of the key enzymes that plays pivotal role in the metabolic pathway of homocysteine.
