Relaxation Effects of Musically Guided Resonance Breathing: A Randomized Controlled Pilot Study

Abstract: Recent evidence shows that both music therapy and resonance breathing (breathing at about 0.1 Hz) may be effective in treating stress-related symptoms and promoting relaxation.
