Reliability and validity of the modified Toronto Clinical Neuropathy Score in diabetic sensorimotor polyneuropathy

Abstract: IntroductionA reliable and valid clinical tool to capture symptoms and signs of diabetic sensorimotor polyneuropathy (DSP) for use in clinical research trials is urgently needed.
