Reliable Delivery of Warning Messages in Partitioned Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks

Abstract: Topology partition imposes significant challenge on reliable delivery of warning messages to vehicles in the zone of relevance (ZOR) in Vehicular Ad Hoc Networks (VANETs).
