Relieving the Burden of Cardiovascular Disease in Canada Using Current Therapies: A Literature Review

Abstract: Introduction: Cardiovascular disease (CVD) is a leading cause of mortality and morbidity in Canada. In 2016 alone, 91,524 Canadians died of cardiac conditions, strokes, or other vascular cognitive impairments.
