Abstract:Background: Anaphylaxis is a life-threatening allergic reaction. Epinephrine is the first-line treatment of this condition. Kounis syndrome indicates the occurrence of acute coronary syndrome in a patient of hypersensitivity, allergy, or anaphylaxis associated with mast cells and platelets activation.
