Remitting seronegative symmetric synovitis with pitting edema (RS3PE) with painful erythematous nodules

Abstract: Remitting seronegative symmetric synovitis with pitting edema (RS3PE) is an uncommon syndrome characterised by acute onset severe synovitis of the radiocarpal and small joints of the hands, with associated pitting edema.
