Abstract:Trichilemmal cysts mainly occur in areas of dense hair follicle concentration. Locations include face, trunk, extremities and genitalia are less common. Prevalence and description of cases in the literature are rare in pediatric age. We report a pilar cyst removal from the upper lip with intraoral approach in an adolescent.
