Abstract:Renal allograft aspergillus is a rare entity with a high mortality due
to life-threatening complications. We report a case of renal
aspergilloma causing obstructive uropathy after two months of
transplantation in a 64 -year- old patient who was managed successfully
with antifungal therapy without surgical intervention.
