Renal Angiomyolipoma with Minimal Fat: Differentiation from Other Neoplasms at Double-Echo Chemical Shift FLASH MR Imaging

Abstract: Double-echo GRE chemical shift MR imaging can be used to differentiate AML with minimal fat from other renal neoplasms.
