Renal dysfunction can occur in advanced‐stage Duchenne muscular dystrophy

Abstract: Introduction: With improved treatments, patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) can survive far beyond adolescence. However, advanced-stage DMD patients are at risk of developing renal dysfunction.
