Renal Saturations and Acute Kidney Injury in the Preterm Infant with Patent Ductus Arteriosus

Abstract: Objective: Decreased near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) measures of renal saturation (Rsat) have identified hemodynamically significant PDA (hsPDA) and may delineate infants at risk for acute kidney injury (AKI).
