Abstract: Cisplatin-induced nephrotoxicity restricts its clinical use against solid tumors. The present study elucidated the pharmacological effects of Renogrit, a plant-derived prescription medicine, using cisplatin-induced human renal proximal tubular (HK-2) cells and Caenorhabditis elegans.
