Renovation of the block in Madrid in accordance with criteria of Isover MultiComfort House

Abstract: This study is dedicated to comprehensive approach to the problems connected with living in and operation of the old housing facilities stock of Madrid. The article provides a review to a developed area located in Colonia Ciudad Pegaso in Madrid. This area comprises two four-storeyed residential houses built in 1956, single-storeyed sheds and a small square.
