Abstract: Category: Trauma; Ankle Introduction/Purpose: Talar neck fractures are uncommon and are characterized by displacement, comminution, and soft tissue injury. Treatment of talar neck fractures while avoiding complications, such as osteonecrosis and long-term morbidity, presents a unique challenge to surgeons.
