Repair of internal carotid artery injury with aneurysm clip during endoscopic endonasal surgery: illustrative case

Abstract: BACKGROUNDOne of the most feared and dangerous scenarios that can appear during an endoscopic endonasal surgery (EES) is the iatrogenic injury of the internal carotid artery (ICA).
