Abstract:Aneurysmal degeneration and pseudoaneurysm formation of visceral vein bypass grafts are rare conditions that may be associated with rupture requiring reintervention. This case represents the first report of an enlarging, complex aorta to superior mesenteric artery vein bypass pseudoaneurysm repaired using a physician-modified fenestrated aortic graft with suprarenal fixation.
