Repertoire-Scale Measures of Antigen Binding

Abstract: Antibodies and T-cell receptors (TCRs) are the fundamental building blocks of adaptive immunity. Repertoire-scale functionality derives from their epitope-binding properties, just as macroscopic properties like temperature derive from microscopic molecular properties.
