Abstract:We used a real-time PCR for Salmonella Enteritidis to detect the genomic DNA of Salmonella Enteritidis live vaccine in the immune organs, including the bursa of Fabricius, thymus, spleen, and Harderian gland, from chicken after subcutaneously vaccinated at different time points.
