Abstract: Sir, We read with interest this article on the use of overlapping dorsal and ventral grafts for focal severely stenotic or obliterative urethral segments [ 1 ] . We do not agree with the ventral incision on the penis that the authors have described for approaching isolated pendulous strictures.
